
PUNCH BOXING + FITNESS is committed to our youth. It is our goal to help increase kids' physical fitness levels and reduce childhood obesity. We offer our Youth fitness class every day after school. It is included in the price of your family membership. What a great way for your youth to train for a sport they already play or stay in shape in between seasons. Classes: We offer unlimited Youth fitness classes. Classes currently include boxing and kickboxing and are offered daily for youth in 1st grade (or age 7) & up. Twelve year olds & up can participate in the adult workouts or lift weights with a parent. Fourteen year olds can participate in adult workouts on their own or lift weights on your own after attending one of our Strength workouts. Please check the schedule for updates! Birthday Parties: We do Birthday Parties after hours on Saturday afternoons for ages 6+. Check with the front desk for more info! Boxing Team: Boxing Team is for ages 10+. The team meets Tuesday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. USA Boxing Coaches will place a high emphasis on fundamentals including everything necessary to prepare you for sparring and maybe even competition. Open to members & non-members. Sign up for next session at Front Desk. Speed & Agility: Speed and Agility Training will help youth ages 10 and up prepare for any upcoming sports season. Classes are designed to improve speed, power, and agility, important for every sport. Meets on Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at noon. Enroll here or sign up for next session at Front Desk. Ju-Jitsu: Learn from the founder of American Ju-Jitsu, Steve Crawford. Classes meet Wednesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 1:15pm.
