Boxing Team meets twice weekly and runs in 6 week sessions. Boxing Team will condition participants for competing while placing a high emphasis on fundamentals including stance, basic punches, footwork – everything necessary to prepare you for sparring and maybe even competition.
Boxing Team is for ages 10+. This is NOT our boxing fitness class. This is a private class to learn the sport of boxing . . . and will take you to the competitive level, if desired.
Class size is limited, so register EARLY!
Gloves & wraps are required.
