This 4 week program will meet each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for one hour and is limited to 15 participants who will share the common goal of weight loss. You will work as a group to push and motivate each other through workouts, to hold each other accountable and be there to celebrate in your successes. So grab a friend and do it together! The workouts will utilize cardio, strength, boxing, kick-boxing, flexibility and endurance exercises to give you a great workout every time. The training will meet you at your current fitness level and build you to the results you want to see. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable workout clothes and get ready to see results!
